Nova Screen Recorder is provided free of charge, with no watermark, recording time limit or account requirement. We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
Everything you record with the app is created and stored by you, on your device. You are solely responsible for what you record and how you use it. In particular, you agree to:
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Windows devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where the law expressly permits it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any recording will be captured or preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, recordings or profits, arising from the use of — or inability to use — the app.
The Nova name and logo belong to Nova Labs. Microsoft, Windows and the Microsoft Store are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at novasr.uk/terms with its effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
